Absolutely true! 10s of email to the CC elicit no response. At times I wonder, if they are even there! Almost all readings are a sham, out by at least 20-25 % and they claim 0.5 % accuracy! What a sham, and they seem to be getting away with it!!

The blood glucose monitor is not good. Reading shows in too much ch variation.
It’s a good smart watch, looks like an I watch. Cons – with bluethooth calling feature battery is 1.5 to 2 days, without Bluetooth is 3 days. the app wearfit pro can do so much more, three are limited free watch faces, glucose feature works but can’t be taken as formal medical information.
Voice is clear. Looks good on the hand, its a good buy for the price it’s at.
What is benefit in it if you don’t receive blood sugar readings on watch with the help of senser allogreathum .
It means there is no readings.

glucose meter sensor is new in the smartwatches and in its early phases… if you have any medical issues then Don’t use any smartwatch directly for health/medical purposes use it only for references.
The blood glucose measurement is a scam, the readings continue even if you do not wear the watch.
The app is pathetic with commercials.
Do not connect contacts as it can be stolen.

Crossbeats product are of very poor quality. I could only use it for 20 days after purchase. Moreover no after sales service in kolkata. I had to shop it to bangalore through dtdc and now they are telling me the product is out of stock and I have to wait until it’s again available no other option. Waste of money waste of energy should have gone for other brands horrible experience.
